I think you can allow the player to jump throwing the gun even if the shot doesn't hit 100% of the time under him, since it often seems to me that I'm doing everything right, but I don't jump. Also, when throwing the gun while standing on another gun, both of them disappeared for me. And you can add some small control in the air, like in Neon White, so that there are no annoying moments when you don't fly 1 centimeter and fall.

  1. Could you clarify what exactly you mean by “shot doesn't hit 100% of the time under him”? Do you mean situations where the shot seems to land under your feet but the jump doesn’t trigger? If you could describe the situation or even share a short clip, that would really help me track it down.

  3. About air control - I agree, I’ll add some. I’ll check how it’s done in Neon White and tweak it so movement feels more responsive and avoids those “missed by 1 centimeter and fell” moments

Really appreciate the feedback - it helps me make the game better

Can't share clip right now, but I mean that I make movement of my mouse down than mouse click and not always I can cathc the timing of hitting the ground right below me (as I think) cause it's a little tricky movement, so maybe you can add some kind of the right to make a mistake and if I shot, so to speak, not exactly at 90 degrees, I would still get a jump, and in the direction I needed. I hope I explained it clearly?)

It's not necessary to look exactly at 90 degrees to make the jump - the working range is around 35–90°. I’ve also reduced the required tilt a bit, so it should now be easier to jump with the pistol. I’ve already uploaded the new build 0.1.3 - hopefully you can test it and it’ll feel easier to jump
